XEOMIN TREATMENT
Xeomin is approved by the FDA for the treatment of Moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows. IncobotulinumtoxinA is made from the bacteria that causes botulism. Botulinum toxin blocks nerve activity in the muscles, causing a temporary reduction in muscle activity.
Worldwide, more than 84,000 people have been treated with Xeomin injections. The U.S. is actually the 20th country to approve Xeomin.
Treatment is done in one of our office locations. Procedure is classified as a lunch break procedure. Since it is a nonsurgical procedure, and you will not need any anesthetic to have the injectable administered.
After the procedure, there are no required downtime so you can return to normal activities. You may experience some mild side effects like redness or slight swelling at the injection site. This is normal and the effects will dissipate on its own over time.
